Kastro Suites - Santorini Island

I was given a room on the 1st night and I found the room to have no privacy at all as it was just outside the reception are and a common corridor area. As we did mentioned we are there for honeymoon, they should have provide us with a more privacy room. However, upon request, they did change a room with more privacy the next day. We are having the same breakfast everyday, when we requested for an extra omelette , they actually want to charge us 6 euro for it. But overall, they stay was good, but a little pricey, with the same price, perhaps I can find a better hotel at the same area.

The staff were charming and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was v comfortable with lovely views. We had a very relaxing stay.

The spa pool needed a bit of a clean!

View to die for from the rooms, the cafe, the common area. Its very romantic, you need go out to any place for the sunset view. The Jacuzzi is another highligh from where you get the best views than any other sunset spot in Fira. Very clean rooms, comfortable. The staff are extremly helpful and courteous!

They can stock up more than one adaptor. Have a minibar.

If i could award a 12 out of 10 for the staff, i would do so! I made a mistake in my booking, got the dates wrong, it was solved with 1 call. Than we got a room and a couple of things were not working. Without any further discussion we were offered the suite and had a wonderfull stay. The views are stunning from the hotel

While it is probably the best view on the island, it comes with a price. From very early in the morning until very late at night tourist hang around the hotel which is situated on the stairs to the old harbor. It makes sleeping difficult but the view makes worth the lack of sleep, definately.

Kastro Suites was absolutely wonderful. The views were incredible and the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Extremely clean, simple, modern and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location in the centre of town. Exquisite and we will definitely return :)

Staff were very accommodating and friendly (they even offered us free refreshments as we sat on the balcony in the evening). We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite at no charge. The hotel is centrally located and offers amazing views. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. In short it is a post card setting. We can't wait to return.

We spent a wonderful week at Kastro Suites. The personel was very friendly and helpful, in particular the lady taking care of our breakfast was very kind and offered us a nice variation every day. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, one doesn't have to travel to Oia to enjoy the famous sunset view. (Not to mention having to fight for a spot compared to lounging in the hotel jacuzzi) Being located in the center made travelling around, be it for food, shopping or taking the bus to another part of the island, very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all in all, good value for money.

good location although it was difficult to find when we first arrive. It also provides free picking up which is very considerate.

1. the breakfast is too simple!!! There are only toast,marmalade,butter,yoghurt, milk/coffe/orange juice.No cheese, ham and egg!!! 2. the room is near donky road and it's too noisy and people walk through.

前台招待英语很好！很nice！房间真的是太大了！至少能住三个人！还有n多个莫名其妙的沙发。

洗澡水时凉的…早晚都是凉的要冻死了。

המיקום מושלם. מרכזי וצופה לנוף. החדרים גדולים ומעוצבים באופן אותנטי ופשוט. ארוחת הבוקר במרפסת נהדרת.

בכלל בפירה מאוד צפוף ואין חניה.
